RetireMe provides financial modelling software that enables users to simulate retirement and financial planning scenarios. RetireMe does not:
- Provide financial advice;
- Recommend financial products;
- Assess suitability of investments;
- Act as a Financial Advice Provider under New Zealand law.
Users are solely responsible for interpreting and applying the information generated by the software.
3. No Reliance
All outputs are illustrative only. You agree not to rely solely on the outputs of the platform when making financial decisions. RetireMe is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on projections, simulations, or AI-generated commentary.
4. AI-Generated Insights
The platform may generate automated commentary or analysis using artificial intelligence systems. These outputs:
- Are generated algorithmically;
- Do not constitute financial advice;
- May contain inaccuracies;
- Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
Users must independently verify all information before making financial decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- RetireMe excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss;
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months;
- No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, or future performance.
6. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining access to your sign-in provider. We may suspend or restrict access where required for safety, legal, or service integrity reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Incendio Trading Limited and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Third-Party Services
RetireMe may rely on third-party services including Google Authentication and Tawk.to support chat. Their availability and terms are governed by those providers.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
